How to connect Capterra reviews to InputKit
Import your Capterra product reviews and read them in InputKit.
With the Capterra reviews integration, InputKit imports the reviews of your Capterra product listing so you can read and analyze them next to your other reviews.
Connect Capterra
Click your name in the top-right corner, then Integrations, then Add integration and choose Capterra reviews. You need permission to manage integrations.
In Product listing URL, paste your Capterra product URL, for example
https://www.capterra.ca/software/174672/inputkit. It must be a secure (https) link on capterra.com or capterra.ca.
Click Save. A first sync starts at once ("Synchronizing Capterra reviews... This may take a minute"). When it ends, Sync complete appears with the date of the Last successful sync.
After saving, the URL is locked. To use a different listing, disconnect first.
Read your Capterra reviews
In the left-hand menu, open Reviews, then Capterra (it appears once a URL is saved). You can:
Search by reviewer, title or text;
see Reviews in list, Average rating, Likelihood to recommend and the Rating details (overall, ease of use, features, customer service, value for money);
browse Recent reviews 10 at a time, with Pros, Cons, any Vendor response, a Verified reviewer mark and a View on Capterra link.
The total may differ from the number shown on Capterra's public page.
How often does it update?
Once a day, automatically. There is no manual sync button on this page.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect and confirm. The saved URL and all synced Capterra reviews are deleted, and this can't be undone.
Troubleshooting
"Use a capterra.com or capterra.ca address": the link must come from Capterra.
"This product URL is already connected": disconnect first to use another listing.
Last sync issue shows the last error if a sync failed.
